Domestic orders are shipped DPD insured 1-day for free.

All shipments are subject to payment in full by customer. We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

All packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped by DPD insured air at £20 flat rate for EU and £30 flat rate for all other territories. All shipments and duties (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by customer. 

The Quaintrelle is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the country that we are shipping to. The customer is responsible to pay taxes and duties upon delivery.
